Am I eligible for Finance?
To apply for finance with Klarna or Santander Consumer Finance, you must:

 

  • Be over 18 years old

  • Have been a UK resident for at least 3 years

  • Hold a UK bank account that accepts direct debits

  • Have a credit or debit card registered to your home address

  • Have a stable income (employment, pension, allowance, etc.)

  • Understand that a credit check will be performed during your application

  • Be able to accept delivery at your registered billing address (we cannot offer finance if delivery is requested elsewhere)


You’ll also need your bank account information handy, and in some cases, your credit or debit card details may be requested for identity verification. Please enter these carefully – incorrect details can cause automatic checks to fail, which may slow down the process.


Will I need to provide physical documents or cards?
No. The finance application process is completely paperless. You won’t need to provide hard copies of documents or show your physical credit/debit card. All verification is completed securely online.


Why has my application been referred?
If your application is referred, it usually means some of the details provided couldn’t be automatically verified. Don’t worry – in this case, an agent will manually review your information and a decision will be made as quickly as possible.


Cancellations & Refunds
You have the right to withdraw from your finance agreement within 14 days of signing your credit agreement. Please note: you will still have a purchase contract for the goods. If you decide to cancel, you’ll need to contact us to arrange either:

  • An alternative method of payment, or

  • The safe return of the goods.

Once this has been arranged, we’ll work with the finance provider (e.g. Klarna or Santander Consumer Finance) to ensure everything is finalised.
